About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Lange Firewood website or send a delivery request. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Delivery requests and orders
Submitting the online form is a request for Lange Firewood to contact you; it is not an online payment or automatic acceptance of an order. Availability, the final product selection, price, payment method, delivery charge (if any) and delivery date will be confirmed personally before an order is final.
Please provide accurate contact, address, access and product information. Tell us before confirmation about narrow roads, restricted access, steep surfaces, overhead obstructions or other conditions that may affect a safe delivery.
Products, descriptions and prices
We aim to keep descriptions, availability and prices accurate. The price that applies is the one confirmed with you before the order is accepted. Firewood is a natural product, so species mix, colour, shape, bark and individual log dimensions will vary. References to an XL 0.9m³ dumpy bag describe the nominal bag size rather than a guaranteed number or weight of logs.
Website photographs illustrate the general product and may not show the exact contents of your delivery. Please raise any important requirements before the order is confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery dates and access arrangements are agreed personally. Delivery depends on safe and reasonable vehicle access, weather and circumstances outside our control. If an agreed delivery cannot be completed safely, we will contact you to discuss an alternative.
Safe and suitable use
Use firewood only in a suitable, maintained appliance or outdoor fire and follow the appliance manufacturer's instructions, applicable rules and local safety advice. Never burn treated, painted or contaminated timber. Keep fuel dry and store it safely away from ignition sources. Website guides provide general information and are not a substitute for appliance-specific or professional safety advice.
Website availability and information
We take reasonable care with website content but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, Lange Firewood is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website guidance where specific professional advice should have been obtained. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy, analytics and chat
The website uses necessary storage for security and your privacy choices. Google Analytics (measurement ID G-R2075JM2FB) and Chatnode load only if you consent. You can reject them, choose each service separately and change your choice later. See the privacy and cookie notice.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, branding, layout, photographs and other original materials belong to Lange Firewood or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal use but must not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.
