Information we collect
When you submit a delivery request, we collect your name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, postcode, selected products and any message you provide. We may also receive information you enter into the website chat and limited technical information needed to keep the website secure.
Why we use it
- Delivery requests and orders: to respond, confirm availability and payment, arrange delivery and take steps at your request before entering into or performing a contract. The lawful basis is Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR.
- Administration and security: to maintain appropriate business records, prevent misuse and keep the enquiry service reliable. The lawful basis is our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), balanced against your rights.
- Analytics and website chat: Google Analytics and Chatnode are used only when you consent under Article 6(1)(a). You can withdraw that consent at any time using .
We do not sell your personal information or use delivery enquiries for unrelated marketing.
Delivery enquiry reliability
The website stores a protected server-side copy of each valid delivery request before attempting email delivery. This helps prevent a genuine enquiry being lost if the email service is temporarily unavailable. Access should be limited to people who need the information to handle your request and administer the service.
Google Analytics
With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-R2075JM2FB to understand matters such as visits, pages used, approximate device type and browser information. The Google Analytics script is not requested until you actively allow analytics cookies.
Advertising storage, Google signals and ad-personalisation features are disabled in this implementation. IP anonymisation is requested, although Google may still receive and process connection data when the service loads. Read Google's privacy policy.
Website chat
With your permission, the site loads the Chatnode chat service. Chat messages and technical connection information may then be processed by Chatnode to provide the conversation. Do not enter payment card details, passwords or other highly sensitive information in chat. Read Chatnode's privacy policy.

Who receives information?
Information may be handled by service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery, Google Analytics and Chatnode, only where needed for the purposes described above. Google and Chatnode may process information outside the UK. Where required, those providers are responsible for using recognised safeguards for international transfers; their linked privacy notices explain their arrangements.
How long we keep information
Delivery and enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, fulfil an order, meet legal or accounting obligations and resolve disputes. Google Analytics event and user-level data follows the retention setting configured in the Analytics property. Cookie lifetimes are shown above.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information, restriction of its use, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
